Since 1984, the Michael Dunn Foundation has consisted of passionate volunteers who have devoted themselves to serving people with special needs in East Tennessee by supporting the programs of Michael Dunn Center, a non-profit agency that serves over 300 children and adults with disabilities and challenges.
